In addition to our recreational classes, Ever After Dance Academy has a competitive company team.  Students on the competition team are required to take specific classes, including ballet technique, jazz, acro/tumbling, and an elective group class, which varies based on the student’s age. 

Our team of instructors evaluate students based on a variety of factors such as skill, interest, and commitment when determining which students to invite to participate in the company.  A stricter level of participation, parent involvement, and commitment to dance is required to join.  We have groups ranging from our mini/petite division (as young as 4) through senior division (as old as 18).

 

Those on the company team must attend classes year round.  We participate in 3 regional competitions which take place between March-May.  We also offer an optional National competition to our competition students.  Nationals typically take place at a “destination” location such as near the beach, waterparks/amusement parks, or some other major touristy location.
